After successfully behind me calmly "excess pounds from the Kekssaison, developed the Radljahr somehow unexpectedly quite different than we thought.
From as early as last fall acquired Cannondale Scalpel I had to disconnect me for a few not so excellent features again, so I spent my bicycle training back to 100% on the road bike. The training fervor of previous years did not pay quite know why I umentwickelte me a fair-weather riders and cyclists cappuccino, but this has also made a lot of fun.
first to buy a new bike beginning of June, again a better training motivation, but rather what concerned the trail technology. To improve the technique and the way to train efficiently, I made with some MTB Marathon. The results were more or less not worth the quality of experience but a maximum peak.
