On 4 November students occupied the main auditorium of the University of Münster. They were testing the shortcomings in the education system more closely. The behavior of the students was prudent and peaceful. Thus, no events are disturbed in their course and it was also ensured that those affected by the occupation of events could be moved to other Hösäle.
The behavior of the Rector should not have been cooperative. It was not a constructive dialogue started, and no requests to leave the lecture hall, outspoken.
On Friday, 6 November, vacated the auditorium by the police and it was made a criminal complaint against the occupiers.
The students of the University of Muenster have written a petition to the Rector, Mrs. Nelles with the following requirements:
"- the immediate withdrawal of all obtained by the Rector of the University of Münster criminal complaints against the occupants of the auditorium
- return to an open dialogue between all Members of the University of Münster without the threat of coercive measures
- future Waiver of the Rector on police operations against students on campus "
